We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

China - Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or other reasons not caused by a product defect or an error on our part. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Quality-Related Returns and Exchanges: For returns or exchanges resulting from a product quality issue, manufacturing defect, product defect, or an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect item), Aero Vort will cover the return shipping costs and any reasonable shipping costs associated with sending a replacement product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos or videos showing the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
- Notification & Approval: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Processing: If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@aerovort.com.
