Q: Is the performance the same whether I use an Aero Vort battery or a compatible brand-name battery?

All versions use the same Turbo Jet motor and airflow system. Actual performance and runtime may vary depending on battery capacity, battery condition, and battery platform.

Q: How long does a single battery charge last during operation?

Runtime varies depending on the speed setting, battery capacity, battery condition, and operating conditions. Higher-capacity batteries generally provide longer runtime.

For extended use, we recommend using a higher-capacity compatible battery.

Q: Does the Turbo Jet have thermal protection?

Yes. The Aero Vort Turbo Jet features built-in thermal protection and cooling features designed to help manage operating temperature during use.

2. Guarantee & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of delivery, simply contact us at support@aerovort.com to start a return. Items must be in their original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Q: What warranty is included with my purchase?

Every Aero Vort Turbo Jet purchase includes a 3-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty covering mechanical and electrical defects under normal use conditions.

Q: How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

We currently offer the following shipping options for eligible orders shipped within the United States:

Q: I received only part of my order. Where is the rest?

If your order contains multiple items or battery packs, items may occasionally ship in separate packages. If multiple tracking numbers are available, they will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
